James was an amazing person with a wonderful personality!!! He was such a pleasure and made our dinner a great one. We enjoyed our dinner, it has been such a long time since we've been at a Ruby Tuesday and what a treat it was to have a nice dinner with a server like James to make our experience a great one. Thank you James!

Horrible horrible the steak was tough and dried out. The mashed potatoes were Hungry Jack and so cold and so thick they were like play dough and pretty sure the broccoli was dehydrated or maybe a green sponge. Pretty sure the shrimp were Gorton fish sticks. I've had Banquet T.V. dinners that were better than this food. Then our waitress, Leah, seated people right next to us on each side because she didn't want to dirty her section up. There were plenty of empty booths and tables. We couldn't even hear ourselves talk over her taking their order because they were that close. I could have reached out and touched them. She didn't once check on us while she watched videos on her phone with another waitress. Then I had to go find her to get our ticket. It was literally the worst restaurant experience, ever. So, $47.00 paid to Pucky Tuesdays and Marie Callender is jealous. Don't go to this Pucky Tuesdays and don't order for delivery either!

While waiting to check in we decided to go here on a whim and we weren't disappointed with the quality and service. The food was very delicious and savory. I want a bottle of that BBQ sauce cause those ribs were the star of the triple play.
The endless salad bar is a unique take on the "side" salad with great value and variety. This is our first time ever visiting a Ruby Tuesday and we will be coming back. The service was very friendly and kept up with fdc guidelines. Nice location too!

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the Salad Bar which has been a long time favorite of mine! Masks and gloves are provided additionally and the variety is fresh and awesome! I also enjoyed the Bourbon Grilled Chicken and my daughter the Sirloin cooked medium. Both paired with steamed broccoli and loaded mash potatoes!

The staff was not very inviting on entry. Took 5 minutes for someone to actually greet us and get seated. Sat for 15 minutes before stopping the hostess to ask if we could get drinks. She then got someone to finally wait on us 7 minutes later they finally appeared. We left salad seasoning and returned to get it no one was at hostess station no 1 asked if I needed help I walked to the bar whereback by the kitchen 4 people 3 sitting not 1 asking if they could help me. I spoke up told them what I needed and took 10 minutes to find the hostess to ask what they did with it. I will not return or recommend to anyone. Will share this experience with friends.

First time ever at a Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar was okay. The entrees me and my fiance got were good. Our server was incredible. Definitely recommend

Peyton delivered excellent customer service, and the food was delicious. we haven't been in a Ruby Tuesday since they were on the beach, pre hurricane Katrina. This was a pleasant surprise from the mundane "fast food" experience that has become overly disappointing.... superbly done Ruby Tuesday!!!

Never disappointed here. The steaks and ribs be just right. I can't complain. The staff friendly. Enjoy it every time we eat here.
