Mac and cheese was disgusting. It was macaroni noodles in some nasty plastic tasting off-white liquid.
Chicken was overcooked, even the dark meat as if it were yesterdays food reheated and sold to me as fresh.
Biscuits and mashed potatoes were fine, but we know it's just powered potatoes.
All that for nearly $30 was extremely disappointing.

The customer service was awesome. I came in here for lunch ordered the mashed potato bowl combo it was delicious.one of my favorite meals. Restaurant was clean and staff was exceptional. Was put this place over the top an employee I didn't get her name asked me if something was wrong and the battery one my truck had died and I was looking for a jump she immediately offered help used her own vehicle and got another employee to help us make sure it was right cause neither of us have experience. She saved me and was just so nice. I can't thank her enough.

The service was excellent!!!! I used the drive thru the person taking my order was really pleasant and helpful and knew about the food. I ordered a Nashville meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal the spicy chicken sandwich was amazing it had so much flavor. I love the mashed potatoes and I ordered Mac and cheese. Again that spicy chicken was fresh and the crisp to it was perfect. My order was taken and by the time I reached the window my food was ready was the fastest fast food ever and it was not sloppy and was met with a smiling face.

Incompetent and rude people here! Incredible how some people can make or break your expectations of a simple transaction. I understand that there may be a shortage of employees at some places, but these employees are the type of employees that push patrons to other places with their demeanor and rude horrible attitude toward a customer. It was a simple transaction that should have been quick and easy. I wish I would have read the reviews, it makes sense now.

Visited this morning, thinking we would get fresh chicken, only to receive a bowl of corn with flies. When I called to speak with a manager to request a refund, he suggested I bring the food back. Why do you need the food back? Are you planning to re-serve another family? I told him I was not saving food to bring back because I would not be back on that side until 4p. I was 30 minutes away and refused to come back immediately. He insisted to bring the food back when I come for a refund, RIDICULOUS request! We will never come back to your location. Don't trust the quality of food, nor the management. Service was horrible from the time we arrived until it was time to enjoy our meal.

Went through the drive thru ordered a 12 chicken meal w/ 3 sides and got home and they didn’t put one of the sides! The salad which is the one We all like most. And I don’t live close by, no way for me to return to get it.

If I could zero stars I would they forgot multiple items and honestly kinda ruined my evening considering the circumstances of the proximity of the closest kfc and my schedule I would never be visiting this location ever again no matter what 😢 deff not worth 30+$ and the drive

Drove thru to pick up my daughters Favorite ! Chicken Tenders and Mashed Potatoes! Sign in drive thru read Combo 5.99! Well apparently it was $3 more. Why its soo difficult to remove an add price thats NOT Current is beyond me. WhenI told them I wanted that price Lady at drive up said she couldnt because it was $8.99 and price of chickens Gone up! This place used to be nice and had Amazing Customer service! Well its a NEW day at KFC CYPRESS....and yup This was last time I'm coming here! GOOD Luck with that kinda service.
