Thank you 7-11 Cupertino/Homestead Rd. I called to check on several items - (a) great customer service on the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and help was offered - (b) great customer service in the store. I walked around your store and found it (c) well lit, clean, organized, and well-stocked. A wonderful surprise is that you carried my all-time favorite Munchos! Thank you for your excellent customer service both on the phone and in-store. You have a great store. I will be back.

The very tall eastern man who works here is pretty creepy. Today he took my phone out from under my wallet on the counter (without asking) when I was buying my brother a straw hat and put it on my head and starting taking pictures of me in it. One time he kept playing some kind of “game” with my ID and wouldn’t give it back to me, until I tried to grab it a few times. I’m always nice but he’s kind of too nice back. He’s definitely over friendly and pushes boundaries. Be careful.

I often rely on 7-11 for coffee and lately the fusion energy drink since it's one of the few 24 hour places open now. Long story short, the few times I went here there was no coffee at all. The coffee dispenser had a sign that it's no longer available. But for some reason the worker there let me dispense it anyway. Luckily I checked because it was a light watery grayish brown. The young guy working there was also pretty rude and just walked off when I said "thank you". I'm going to the nearby Donut wheel from now on for good coffee and friendlier service
