This place is a little bit sketchy if you haven’t been before but it’s actually a place that serves quite high quality food if you get past the old posters and less modern interior. I got the famous mochi waffles here and they were surprisingly good! The texture was perfect and chewy and still really flavorful on each bite. I got the taro flavor and was craving for another afterwards. Service: The food comes out relatively quickly and there is ample seating inside the place. The cashier did get a bit mad when we didn’t order after sitting waiting for a friend for a while so that might happen if you just sit around aimlessly. Otherwise, this place has been a staple since I was young! Cheap too!

I like the variety of drinks. However, our sweet food was clearly cooked in the same vat as the spicy food which changed the flavor and made it inedible. The manager was yelling at the employee making drinks NOT to give us our order even though it was ready because the patron before us hadn’t gotten their drink yet. This woman was kind of mean to her employees and I felt sorry for them. I hope they find a better place to work.

What you expect with a Quickly. A couple of months ago they used to play really loud music (which was annoying) but that has since stopped. I can now boba in peace again. Parking is easy. Right next to the highway as well, so that's convenient. I recommend the popcorn chicken, although they don't add basil leaves anymore so slight disappointment there.

This is the dirtiest milk tea shop I've ever set my foot in! Every table was dirty laden with crumbs and "stuff". Bathroom was filthy with a door filled with graffiti. Everything looked severely run down and depressing. At least the cashier was still friendly, although she didn't ask me what size I want to get and "automatically" gave me the larger size meaning charging me more. It was disrespectful but I just let it go. The De Anza college kids hang out here, as I was told, but it doesn't give the business an excuse to give up herself. No wonder so many Quicklys are closing down. They failed at reinventing themselves. Will I come back? The answer is a big "NO".
