I came today and ordered a three peace chicken with 2 sides and a drink and added an extra side, being confused I asked the cashier for help and she rung me up and explained to me how and what I should ask for this meal next time to save me money and was very patient I appreciated it as because I was having a very rough day and couldn’t seem to undergo anything. Thank you thank you for the lovely service and received excellent food.

I have always had great experiences at this KFC. I typically go through the drive-thru. The line has always moved quickly. Person taking the order has always been very helpful and diligent. The service at the drive-thru window is great as well. I have never dined inside of this restaurant. But I have gone into order for takeout. And my experiences have been the exact same as going through the drive-thru.

I abandoned KFC a long time ago when i felt the quality of their food and service had tanked. I hadn't stepped foot inside one for more than ten years! In the past month, I've been to this particular KFC TWICE...and it's been AWESOME! Not just good, but AWESOME! I think it's time to reconsider KFC....start looking at them again through a fresh set of "lenses". I noticed that they've actually had a "face-lift" - inside and out! They're clean, food has been fresh and hot, customer service has been on point! Yes...it's definitely time to give them another chance. After all, they're one of the few that's been a part of the family for generations! I'd like to keep them around so that my children's children can share this legacy...as long as they keep up the good work!

I usually visit this KFC once a week because it’s convenient and usually good. Today will be my last time, I ordered a 4 piece dark with green beans and mashed potato, however I got coleslaw and mashed potato and white meat. I was on my way to work for a 12 hour shift, I called and spoke with the very rude manager that told me to get back in the line and they will correct my order, I explain to him that I needed to get to work and didn’t have time to get back in line and ask could someone bring it to my car, he told me in order to correct my order I had to get back in line. I told him I will bring the food back and get my $12.93 on tomorrow, his reply was make sure you bring the food back. This manager needs some customer service training. I will wait 30 minutes in line for Chick-fil-A the next time.

The cashier, Anna, was very friendly and very helpful. Outstanding job, I complimented on her hair and she gave a very warm thank you and explained how she did the half and half thing and inspired me to do my own. She also went above and beyond to help me decide what to order by explaining each meal and what it included and it was very good. Wonderful job, and I will be coming back to have more conversations with her. Most kind and fast service I’ve ever had. Thank you sweetheart you are doing an amazing job!
