Which Wich

Awesome customer service here! Not only did they reach out to me to let me know that my mobile order was going to be missing cheese and ask me if I wanted a different type. I also jokingly asked if they could draw me a picture on my bag and they did! It’s the little stuff that matters and these people understand that!

Ordered my sandwich online and picked it up. Half way home I realize it has somebody else’s name on the bag and the order written on it is not what I had ordered. Turned around and went back to the store. Go in and tell the woman behind the counter that they gave me somebody else’s sandwich. She then tells me that it was my sandwich in the bag but she had reused the bag from a previous customer. So now my sandwich is in a bag that has already been used once. I went somewhere else and threw the sandwich away because I am not eating a sandwich out of a bag from a total stranger. For the price of the sandwich you think they would be able to afford to use a new bag instead of pulling them out of the trash or however they’re getting the bags back. I used to eat at Which Wich pretty frequently but will not be coming back anymore.

Both my kids love the Sandwiches at this place and we come here most of the Weekends for dinner. Though the food is tasty , the staff are very rude and not welcoming. Most of the days they say they are closed 15 - 30 mts before the actual close time. Then they start sulking about we making them late just for two sandwiches. It's disappointing to see such a bad hospitality. It's difficult to go back to a place with such a non customer centric staff. @Management - If you are seeing this, please take the necessary action to correct the behavior immediately so that we can continue coming back. Thanks

The food here is delicious. The order style is interesting. You pick the sandwhich you want grab a bag. Mark the ingredients on the bag and take it to the counter and pay. They make it exactly as you marked. There are a few up charge items. You can also make it a meal. The super is a huge sandwhich. The prices are decent for the quality you get.
