I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but his description was a taller black gentleman that works at the KFC in the town Culpeper. He likes to take the trash out when he’s working and he smokes a lot of cigarettes. Please read this message to him. A lot of people know who you are so you should not be staring into peoples car windows at the Weis grocery store. Going around the car looking through the windows trying to see if I left a door unlocked. You are very lucky that they were all lot and you were not able to go in there because you would’ve went to jail today

VERY DISAPPOINTED with Culpeper KFC. Forced to go thru drive-thru. Ordered 16 piece family deal. Upgraded 2 breasts. Only got 14 pieces(6drumsticks, 4thighs, 4breast...it was supposed to be 6 breasts, 4 legs, 3 thighs, and 3wings.!!! ) 2 of the 4 large sides were only 1/3 full!! And the other 2 large sides weren't full either. I tried calling them right away, and their phone is on a constant fax machine!!!

The food was pretty good (fried chicken is delicious by design! LOL) and the service was fast. We picked up food here on 10/24/21. Unfortunately, the lady working in the drive through needs some serious training in customer service; it’s obvious that there are no customer-service standards taught, monitored, or enforced at this location. The lady at the drive through needs training to teach manners, politeness, courtesy, and how to be professional; whatever work we’re doing, it’s important to do our best! Also, be aware that the prices for online ordering at this location are lower than the prices that they charge you when you order at the drive through.

Poor customer service the drive through lady cussing where customers can hear-it. I said to the young lady you really shouldn’t be cussing where customers can hear it she goes into a speech how she’s an adult I said that isn’t very good customer service. The fries were cold so I asked for new ones well a very uneducated manager brought the fries out to me and started proving she has very poor customer service skills. Now I understand stand why their employees are allowed to act the way they do. SMH at how low things have gotten. She also was using the f word. Great way to treat a customer that comes in there every evening during the week but it won’t happen again.
