First time at this location noticed how clean it was. Really nice lady took my order. It didn't take long to get my food so I was happy with that. I will go back.

I went for a frozen coke and the machine was out of order. However the sweet lady serving me was so fantastic. Not her fault Coke won’t service it’s machines!! I always have great service at this Location

super slow - 10 mins at the menu- oh, she told me but still. Then there was another 7 or so at the first window, probably when she went to cook the food. She then waved me to the second window where she handed it to me. I think she was the only employee working. The food was great though.

Was picking up breakfast through the drive-thru the only person with saw was very rude. We we were ordering ham and cheese croissant and the lady huffed because she said you mean sausage. No ham and cheese. Then when I asked for one regular and one decaf coffee she informed me that they no longer serve decaf coffee. My question is how many heart patients come through or people that cannot have caffeine and you either give them the wrong thing or do not have what they can drink. Probably will not go back to the Burger King on 157 in Cullman Alabama

I hate how much that I hate this Burger King 😭😭😭 the manager/rude lady that runs it acts like she hates her life. I am sorry you hate your life but cry in the back like the rest of us, I miss eating burger King. No wonder you guys are short staffed. I wouldn't want to work there either if you were my boss. The bad management has alot to do with the staffing issues at this particular location.

This is the 2nd time I’ve came to this location at around 8/8:30 and the stores been closed. I’m guessing it’s because there short handed, but it would be nice to have signs up or something letting people know instead of having lines of people coming and going.

On a road trip, pulled over to have a Whopper my way! It has been a while since I had one. I was not disappointed it was juicy, very tasteful, cooked perfectly. I only wish I could have sat and enjoyed it but it hit the spot on the highway! Great customer service in the Drive-Thru
