Went through the drive thru, got our order and drove away to the first stop sign. While waiting at the stop sign to pull out onto the busy highway, a very dedicated and honest employee came running out, yelling, and stopping us. We had driven off without our debit card. Can't thank her enough!

I always eat here and the food is always great. And it's not something that would cause me to take away a star, however I can't believe that this is your milkshake.... It's maybe half of a cup of milkshake and then a fourth of a cup of whipped cream and then nothing in the lid. I will not be getting milkshakes from this location again. This was very disappointing.

Always polite and patient staff, my food is always hot and tastes freshly made. Also my food looks neat and wrapped well unlike some places that just throw food together. I enjoy stopping here when i drive through.

The last two times I have been here I have been blown away by the level of customer service I received.
Polite, courteous, food was hot and fresh. If I didn't know better I would think I was at that chicken place that isn't open on Sundays...

I got to say our hamburgers and fries we got today were delicious. Service was spot on and very friendly staff. No wait got our food very fast. Highly recommended for breakfast and lunch and dinner.

We haven’t eaten at Hardee’s in so long, since we left our hometown 5 years ago. My husband and I were on our way back home from Destin, and had to stop. Kayla was absolutely amazing! She told us everything she recommended on the menu and was very patient. Thank you Kayla! You’re awesome!!! 👍😊

I had to get her name! Tonya she was working her tail off and keeping things under control even during busy times. she was in and out running orders, taking orders, training what seemed to be a sweet new cashier. Obviously they are short staffed like everyone else. I sat in my car and ate my delicious hot biscuit and gravy! I called out and asked her name she said is everything okay? I told her she was doing an awesome job and should hear it from a happy customer! I hope she gets rewarded for her great work ethic! There are not a lot of Tonyas out here!

I spoke with a lady she seemed nice on the phone. The restaurant looks nice when I pass it on the highway after being remodeled, I have never been too the store inside. It has a great biscuit from what my Father and his friends say.

Hot and fresh, just like it was supposed to be. I applaud the young man taking my order. He said it was hist first day and to bear with him. Great on at least getting a job. Glad we stopped in Crestview on our way home. Kudos Hardee's!

Hi Hardee's. There aren't many of you where I come from and that's okay. I didn't really know what to expect when I drove into your drive thru. Some had said not nice things. Some sang praise. I went in with an open mind and an open heart... and a deep hunger. I had heard tale of the western bacon cheeseburger. I was skeptical because I'm not a huge bacon on burger kinda gal. Now I know my eyes were closed. No longer. This burger was very good. Maybe in the top 5 chain burgers I've had this year. If this is what all Hardee's are like, maybe I'll drive the 4 hours each way to get one. Great job Hardee's. Your burgers are very good to my mouth.
