A Chef Buffet

I am there now. There’s quite a few people here. Service is very good, the young lady who is looking after my table, is very knowledgeable and helpful. My starters arrived my first words were Wow. Mains were even better. I can not fault Wildwood in any way and that includes the bill. When I’m back in the UK I will be back here.

I had an absolutely wonderful dinner in Wildwood recently. It was me and my sister, and we were both craving those pastas so much, so we ordered a Linguine Vongole and a Spaghetti Bolognese, which was served with a mixed salad (sadly I did not took a picture of it.) There was actually more than 8+ choices of pastas on the menu, so it was actually “challenging” to decide, so for the next time I visit, I’ll have to try some other ones. Linguine Vongole—— 10/10✨ £14.95 It was surprisingly delicious🌟 I love Linguine so much, and the pasta just match the sauce so well that I can’t stop eating them! I also love the tiny bit of that spiciness in the sauce. Those clams were really delectable as well, it was a significant dish🌿 Spaghetti Bolognese 7/10😗 £11.95 It was good, but it wasn’t a significant one. I love the sauce, but sadly, it was a little bit cooled out, and food just wasn’t warm enough. There was some great chicken 🍗 meat in it though~ Wish there could be some more flavour in the pasta. 🥗 🍖 🐟 🍝 There’s also pizza, risotto and some appetising Italian deserts on the menu, but sadly we did not order that.

The food was amazing as usual - we had the steak, prawns and tiramisu all of which were to die for. Our highest compliments and gratitude go to our server - Andy. He was welcoming, answered all our questions and was very vigilant about allergies. He made the meal even more brilliant so a huge thank you to him. Definitely recommend ❤️

Highly recommend! Fabulous restaurant with great service, ambiance and delicious food! Happy to have stumbled across Wildwood after arriving at the nearby train station in Crawly on the way to a Gatwick airport hotel. Family friendly and the portions were generous with great value for price. The kids menu was expansive and our kids really enjoyed their freshly made cotton candy desert made by the manager Andy. Andy and all the servers we encountered were friendly and attentive and even called a taxi for us which was causally mentioned in our lovely conversation. Definitely a five star all across the board!

Fantastic service, fabulous atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. We were there for a small party of ~35 people, they set up a separate area within the restaurant, which was kind of the best of both worlds. We were within the main restaurant instead of a separate room but were still in our group only away from other diners. Despite the size of our party they were quick in getting the food to us and there was no compromise on taste, quality or quantity of the food. All our guests enjoyed the food and ambience equally. Great menu with ample choices of vegetarian/vegan food. Some vegan options in desserts apart from sorbet would be appreciated though.

Went there for dinner on a Saturday night, we got turned around because somehow needed a reservation even if the place wasn’t packed at all… got a reservation online for a table 20 minutes later, that allowed us to get in the restaurant. Once we got through that, it was worth the hassle, the food was very good and prices were definitely reasonable. I had the arancini and a pizza, it was great, happy we discovered that restaurant.
