I was traveling through this region to get back home from Snowshoe ski resort. After driving for about an hour I saw this place on Google maps and decided to eat here. It was very convenient because I only needed minimum interaction with the staffs and their service was good enough. Food came out in less than 7mins and sauces drinks napkins and seats were all good. First arby's experience, and it was good!

I had the best customer service from your 2nd window customer service representative Zach, he is a very sweet and pleasant employee. He made our day. Keep up the good job, Zach. He needs a raise! I haven't had service that nice in a long time. All of our food was hot, fresh, and made correctly. Great food. Great service.

2-17-2020 - Everytime I've been here the bathrooms are absolutely nasty. The tables and floors are dirty.
