If your order taker doesn't hear the customer, instead of trying to guess the order numerous times-they should just apologize and ask again. And if the customer states "I will repeat my order", the order taker should NOT give an attitude while stating "well you only said it one time". This is how you lose business-because I as a customer, left and went else where.

I went here got a dozen of donuts 2 medium hit cocoa and a avacado toast Order and one of the hot cocoa they only filled it like half way and it was like water smh

I got two lattes one day made with no espresso. I called and informed the manager. SHE TOLD ME TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE THEM REMADE. I returned the next day only to have a woman at the counter BLAME ME for not bringing them back the same day! Sorry I didn't sip the latte and realize the error! She gave me a hard time and had to ask a manager. Really, am I trying to steal lattes?!! I drove twenty miles to get the lattes they didn't make the right way the day before! Seriously, BLAME THE CUSTOMER?

Way under staffed in the morning.... And the cashier is handling money while handing peoples food... I mean there's a little paper between her hand and your food so you're good right???

They are ok but coffee is watery. They used to be one of the best on Killingly Street but now they are getting horrible

Dunkin is trash. People only go there because 1) they are creatures of habit 2) there's 20 of them per square mile and 3) they don't actually like the taste of coffee (extra extra), just the coffee milk that they grew up getting in school.
Go literally anywhere else. Honey Dew is better.

Rude workers. Ordered two drinks and bagel twists. One of the drinks was wrong (ordered a peach coconut refresher, just got a peach one). Okay, shouldn’t have been a big deal. We told the girl at the drive thru window this and she tells us she can’t take the drink back. Okay, fine, but this isn’t what I ordered. She responds with “well that’s how it was rung in”. Excuse me? I heard the order, the other girl read it back to us right, it’s not our fault it was rung in improperly. She made it seem like we were being an inconvenience to her because they messed up and wouldn’t fix it. We drove off at that point because clearly this cashier didn’t want to do her job and get the drink right that someone messed up on. This location used to be great, but I have no use for it anymore.
