The food was authentic Dominican with a creative twist. Service was top notch, the wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely going back next time I'm in Providence!

I had been to Blend Cafe several times (my favorite spot) at different hours and have had no complaint about the menu. I used them for a corporate event for my job and the food was, top notch, as expected. Everyone (mayority non-hispanics) were wondering were this food was ordered from and that they were going to bring their significant other to the restaurant. Welbi is a well mannered professional and took care of me. Thank you!

Great food. Nice atmosphere. Clean. The server Santi is phenomenal. Chef Welbi greets his guests and makes you feel at home. 2 thumbs up!

Went there yesterday and found the wait staff not only to be rude but to be very inattentive as well. Not to mention the fact the my food was served cold and my meat was undercooked. Definitely will never go there again. Unsatisfied and turned off to the max!
