Mandarin Palace

Lacks major variety in the choice of food from the buffet, however the quality was quite exceptional in that it tasted delicious. The food had been maintained at a proper temperature and the texture was truly superb for a buffet. The service was quite wonderful in that I never had to ask for anything as it was already there being brought to me. Price, quite nice here as well. Not overly expensive nor extremely cheap (always something to be wary of.) For 2 people it was a mere $20 for dinner.

My first time eating here.. honestly they are ripping people off! I order a almost 9 dollar plate and they wanted almost 19 dollars no lie! I asked why it was so high she said I asked for extra sauce and broccoli 🤔 it's only a dinner for myself may I add! So I say that's not the correct price! The girl probably was 14 or 15 just ringing up stuff! They all had attitudes so bad that I felt like they did kill a dog and serve it🤷 my opinion! My experience made me nervous to eat the food! They didn't charge me the whole 19 but I did pay 14 dollars just being the bigger person but I think I'll keep eating my Chinese I cook at home it tastes a lot better then there's x's10

First time here today with my husband and 2 daughters. It was nice we liked the food very much . The employees were nice . We we greeted by a little Asian boy . He was so cute and sweet very helpful. My 6 year old liked him lol. . I like the chicken broccoli and rice . Nice place for kids 😀 especially Friday . Will be going back 🤗

Only giving 1 star because I have to pick one. Absolutely the MOST horrible experience I ever had at ANY place of business. First all the little rude lady kept trying to tell us what to order. Then once we ordered, I didn't like the sweet n sour chicken; it wasn't like any that I've had before, so my friend got another chicken from the buffet that was a little better, so I ate a little of it, and just told her that she could upgrade my charge to the buffet. When I get up there for her to check me out, she charges me for 2 dinners, and got really loud and rude when I objected. Since it was not worth it to me to reduce myself to her level, I paid and walked out. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!! And neither will my co-workers and some others that I didn't know that witnessed the scene! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!

If I could give a negative review I would. The "8-9year old manager" was rude and disrespectful. I could not get an adult to address our problem to. The food is gross and cold. Service is crappy. They refuse to make their unsatisfactory food and conduct right. I paid 25 bucks to taste the cold food. Do not eat here. Someone is going to get sick or worse from their food.

This is usually our favorite Chinese restaurant, but the buffet bar was really disappointing. Did not keep it stocked very well, had to wait for food to be brought out. When it was brought out you had better hurry or it would be gone. I will still do their take out food, that is good. Will not be back for the buffet.
