My family often goes to blimpie and loves their sandwiches. However, the last time we went in we received horrible service. The lady at the register seemed unhappy and was extremely rude when asked about pricing on certain specials. She even proceeded to argue about the specials with her coworkers right in front of us. The pricing was no problem, but the attitude we received turned us away. Don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Don't be mistaken and think cheese is a side for your sandwich. It costs extra. Could have enjoyed better if it was on the sandwich. Also if you want it toasted plan to have your bread flattened on a grill. I don't remember it being like that in the past but today I really was disappointed

I would've given this a five star only problem is they took away pastrami and it was the best sub ever... I would like to see gluten free options for I can't have the delicious bread that's always so fresh. Other than the two negatives the staff are very friendly and the place is very clean.

Great Blimpie. Location is convenient and although parking is odd, there is always a spot. Service is quick, no matter the time of day and food has ALWAYS been just as I ordered. Eat here weekly, sometimes more.

The food is great. Always. But for some reason, the short haired lady with glasses at the register and drive thru line can never get it right. Several times I've asked for the "Blimpie's Best" sandwich with "Extra mayo & extra oil & vinegar", and she tried to give me ONLY MAYO & OIL & VINEGAR on my sandwich. The other THREE times, I've ordered the "Spicy Piggy, TOASTED/GRILLED" and came out with regular cold bread. Like I said, food is always great but they need someone that can hear to take the orders at the intercom AND the window.

The food was delicious, the facility itself is pretty run down though. Some of the staff were very friendly, others very short with customers, bordering on rude. Overall satisfied with my visit, but could definitely stand for improvement.

Last few times I have gotten a sandwich there in Covington, the sandwich was not fixed as I had ordered it. 3 times now the order was wrong. Probably won't go back there.

The wife and I eat here 3 to 4 times a month, Always good food, friendly service very clean. The best Blimpies there is.
