Customer service at its worse!

Workers so dumb can’t read English. I asked for no cheese and they got one with. I asked for sauce for the nuggets, you can see in the photo that obviously there are no qualifications to work
In McDonald’s. I love chick-fil-a so much better.

The absolute worst Mcdonalds in the city. Food always cold. Staff is as unprofessional as you can get. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. NO MASKS. NO GLOVES. Even when picking up for doordash or uber they never handout the food. They leave it on the counter to get cold. They don't care about thier customers or the drivers that do business with them. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.

The drive thru service was amazing. I even tweeted about it. The young man at the window was very thoughtful and courteous. I know! Seriously, my fries were hot and my fish sandwich was tasty.

the food was piping hot. from the double cheeseburger to the 10 count nuggets. the fries were perfect. both the people i spoke with were pleasant and professional. i was in line no longer than 5 mins from start to finish. best mcdonald’s experience ive had in years, maybe ever.

Drive thru was SO SLOW and gave inadequate information. I waited 30 minutes for a strawberry shake to go with my combo, which I had to change to chocolate, which then was handed to me vanilla with a chocolate stripe. Asked for a refund, they never even offered a soft drink. Apparently this was my fault.

Unprofessional and dirty the manager is completely rude and told me not to call again after THEY messed up my order so not buy from here I will be calling corporate to express my concerns

If costumer don’t ask for their order, they would hold your order forever even your order is ready. I order two simple burgers and took me 15, 20 minutes for waiting, until I asked for my in store order. They are acting like crows and working inside without put their mask on nose and mouth.
