White Castle

Food is good. For the most part it's hot and fresh. But half the time the order is short at least one item, usually the onion chips (when available) or fries. Today my family and I went here and waited 2+ minutes at the drive thru speaker never to be acknowledged, ultimately going to McDonald's across the street.

Haven't eaten at a White Castle in about 20 years. Was excited for the experience again. I was sadly 😞 disappointed. The food was terrible 🤢 and the service was even worse. Honestly there was one lady there that even greeted a customer by name but there was another lady working the front counter that was rude beyond measure. I wanted ketchup but was afraid to ask for it because her attitude was so bad. I sent a survey to White Castle letting them know about the experience. I thought they would have responded but did not. I guess bad reviews are normal for them.

I ordered ten sliders and the staff failed to place my order in a plastic bag. As I was walking up the stairs, the bag as a result of the hot food was not properly supported, causing the paper bag to rip open and my food to land all over the dirty stairs. I called to share what happened where I purchased my sliders and the staff who answered the phone was dismissive and did not offer to replace my lost food due to their packaging error. I am very dissatisfied with the poor service, lack of ownership, and justification that the bag was not wet and the insinuation that it was my fault that the bag ripped. I was seeking proper service and received unprofessional excuses.

So while me and my buddy were eating sitting in the dining room, one of the employees came from behind the counter after they had been arguing and started first fighting with a customer that came in. Very unprofessional and disruptive. They knocked over half the tables in the dining room during the fight. Don't know if I'll be coming back to this one.
