Gold Star

We were greeted immediately upon entering, instructed to sit wherever we'd like, Jojo came to the table quickly for our drink order, she was pleasant & friendly. Food was super fast & great, as always! 4 stars only because this Gold Star is older & showing it's age, could really use a makeover or update. This absolutely won't stop me from coming!

I’ve been coming here for a while now but today I had an issue that I felt should have been handled better. Sounds like there was an issue with their drive thru window system because I repeatedly asked for chili cheese fries. I didn’t realize she only charged me for cheese fries either. I get all the way home 20 minutes away and realize that my order was wrong. I call and the lady who took my order said she couldn’t hear me and would remake my order. I get to the restaurant and she tries to charge me for chili to be added. I explained to her that I drove all the way back from home and you would think remaking my food free of charge would be courtesy. She gave me a hard time and a bit of an attitude but eventually did as I asked. Poor service and bad customer service. Will not be back.

The longer I go to gold star I like it more the people are friendly the waitress knows what I want and already has my order on the way when I walk in I gave you the 4 stars because I wasn't sure about the hamburgers and other food you have I get a large chili and spaghetti over 90 percent of the time but a while back I tried your hamburger so now that I tried it and liked it I now give you 5 stars and the worker who normally gets the food up always is polite like the waitress

I eat gold star, a lot!! Never have a issue with the 3 ways; but let it be coneys, and it’s nasty, my hotdog will be cold and falling out of the bun because the bun is soggy, and nasty, every time ! I’m so surprised with this, it’s like there pre make coneys up, when they don’t need to! Told my fiancé we will go back to mt Zion store for better food.! Especially for the price we pay, There are good things , like customer service is okay, just the food is nasty, and I wasted my money on dinner
