The menu listed on the website is WRONG. They are under construction so you are eating in the hotel lobby picking from a limited menu-like VERY LIMITED.
Due to our short lunch break we were committed to making due with our lunch selections

I admire this restaurant! They give awesome meals, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I love a lot trying all their dishes. The food is always tasty, the service towards the customers is friendly. I frequently visit this place and I was never discontended. I highly recommend it.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE terrible service got seats on the patio and everytime server came thru the door it was 20 mins till we saw her again. Took exactly 1 hour to get our food. it's not busy and I got a wrap and a deli meat sandwic . Ordered 2 drinks and that even took 30 mins to ge . Was about to walk out till miraculously she came out with my food. Will never be back. only good thing about it was the view and food was good once we finally got it

My fiancé got food poisoning from their cheeseburger back on 6/30/18. He was terribly sick for over 48hrs. Food was also super overpriced. I got the $30 pork chop and it was so over cooked, it had no flavor. Incredibly disapointed. No way we will ever go back.

Very nice hotel with close walking distance to all the Cincinatti attractions. Only will stay at the Marriott line of hotels. Would have given it a 5 star rating if I did not pay $40.00 for 2 over priced breakfast buffets. Hotel parking is $10/day in city garage below hotel.

The information on the website for 10 West was highly inaccurate with the exception of there being a lovely view of the river. My husband's rib eye was overcooked and needed to be re done. The menu advertised shoe string potatoes which came out as coated french fries. My fish tasted like a frozen fish stick. The condiments were served in plastic cups. The long and short of it is that this is not my experience of a Mariott Hotel.

This was thee worst experience I've had here. Had the ribs they were very fatty. Simply the worst food.The menu advertised jalapeño lime corn on the cob and the corn tasted old. I paid over $70 for horrible food. Waited an hour to get this horrible food. Should have gone to Big Boy instead....

We had lunch today here and I was so disappointed to find out there is no view anymore. Only for banquets, not a good idea. The food is ok and really the only reason to go out of your way if you aren't staying there is to see the view while you eat.
