Taco Bell

Snails have faster ticket times. I go here because my kids love Taco Bell and this is the closest one to home. Other than that this place is on the do not visit list. EVER! Three consecutive +20 minute (chronologically 21 minutes, 25 minutes, 23 minutes) ticket times, three complaints filed on the how we did line, and ZERO responses. The food is Taco Bell food. So I am not going to bash any of that. The place is usually dirty, the drink station is always nasty. The best part is the assistant manager, or at least someone with keys and access to the computer is always sitting in the office located behind the register, messing around on the computer, no matter how backed up it gets. They never help on the front nor on the food line. He never acknowledges customers, nor that there is an issue. I won't go so far as to say this is the worst Taco Bell in the country, but if there is one worse, I haven't been to it.

Worst experience EVER at a fast food restaurant. And I love Taco Bell! It took 45 MINUTES for four cars to get up to the window after ordering. 45 MINUTES!!!! How is that even possible at a "fast food"?restaurant!?!? On top of that the order was SO wrong that I had to go somewhere else to get food. TERRIBLE

Drive thru person was either on heavy drugs or socially inept. Practically screamed our order back at us with over the top and off putting enthusiasm. When we got to the window he asked us if our puppy had died...then repeated it again before he handed us out food that took about 10 minutes. Called and manager was less than helpful.
