Kfc Coventry

Not a really good experience. Confused way of order, no trained staff. Chips doesn't even worth to be paid for because it was tasting bad but the look was fine. And yeah it was the large portion of chips, very less. I had to through it away after eating few. The lettuce in vegan patty was old and tastless and very less even i asked for more in the bun, but beside that i wonder the vegan patty was good. I'll prefer not to visit kfc next time.

I have not ate at KFC for last 3 years and decided to give them a chance. It was one of the WORST decisions I have made in my life. Absolutely disgusting food. I have ordered Fillet Tower Burger with extra cheese (£0.40 for slice of cheese), but received some left overs from last week. Bun was horribly cold, chicken was dry as shoe soil. Hash brown was most likely eaten by staff as it was not included in the burger, same with the extra cheese. Lipton Ice Tea was not available, and fries where made using old diesel engine oil. There is a reason why next door Mc Donald's is rammed and this dump is empty. If you have a tiny bit of appreciation to your health, please don't come here.

Enjoyed the food that we got served at KFC yesterday afternoon but not sure if it will be like this all year round. Lady on the till was professional and waited until I decided what I wanted to eat but when I started doing my order she was stop by one of her managers which I thought was very rude on his part and not taking into consideration she was serving a customer. On the other hand very quiet environment on a Monday afternoon. 7/10

Really poor service. Placed order through drive through, parked where u collect the food and I could see a lady preparing my wrap n burgers with her bare hands, picking up the salad n chicken with her hands. They should be using utensil. She didn't even wash her hand or sanitize them but utensils are supposed to be used in all these establishments. I asked to speak to manager but no lead or manager was available! Respectively speaking, all the employees are off the boar, freshness...they clearly don't understand hygiene or have respect for there customers to adhere to the health n safety rules. Ultimately its the managements responsibility to ensure the staff are providing the expected service! Its sad so many families n kids eat from this place not knowing how these disgusting employees prepare there food! Avoid if you can!

I'm a big fan of KFC and this place is great at giving great food. It's a bit of a shame it don't have ordering screens but that don't really detract away from the place. Staff are ok never had a problem with them. One of their cleaners are really nice, wouldn't want to mess with her though lol. Only problem is that it gets kinder hot in hotter weather and there isn't an outside sitting area.

Really annoyed as my son with his friend to grab something to eat, item was 5.99 son paid with £20 and got £4 back, queried it with the girl on the till who denied not giving it to him, asked for security cameras and tills to be checked and was declined. I have tried calling the franchise with no answer!!!!! the place clearly likes to pocket the money as this has happened twice now!

Had to visit here to get an order for a relative , and soon as I drove up, parking is a nightmare due to the excessive just eat cars and cars in the drive through blocking the road. After somehow managing to park and walk into the restaurant,I was greeted with a queue to order and witnessed and argument between the just eat drivers and restaurant staff due to orders not going out promptly. Restaurant staff looked so disinterested in doing anything, even with the order board backing up with orders on display. My order was taken ok but long wait to get it. This KFC is so bad , it makes the one at Nuneaton Bermuda look ok
