Very well kept beer, friendly staff. Above average pub food menu. Good atmosphere. There are several pubs closer to me but I prefer to walk an extra mile to this and call it my “local.”

Disregard reviews prior to 16th December 2022 when the pub re-opened under new management. Well, that is, the same management as the Old Windmill in the centre of Coventry, so expect to see only good reviews in the future! It's early days …

Friday night visit nice few pints of Mad Goose in good condition followed by a couple of OP to see it was as good as the Windmill and it was. Excellent beer. I don't know why Neck Oil is under Cask on the app.
