Wendy's

The last two nights that I have gone to Wendy’s around 8:59 PM the location has been closed. Tonight I came through around 9 o’clock because I had noticed around five people walking around the drive-through window wearing headsets and talking I assumed they were open came through the drive-through the menu board still lit up again 9 PM and was informed that they are no longer taking orders sorry for the inconvenience. This location is never open my guess is poor management. All locations and businesses are suffering from being short staffed that is understandable we’ve grown to work around longer wait times and such things. However not managing or working the proper hours is a whole different story again this location is never open

Shout out to Brandon, manager at at Wendy's in Corydon. It's been a crazy long day of hard work and couple hundred bucks of repair. I decided to get fast food, something we don't splurge on often. Well, I asked if they still had a military discount, which was a no. My total was 34+... at the window Brandon asked for 17+. I said that wasn't right. He said, Ma'am I can never thank a veteran enough. I took 50% off. I literally teared up because the gift card I had covered the whole amount. 😭

Worst Friday night ever. Came at 9pm to get a frosty. Waited 40m in drive thru. No way to get out of line. only to get to the window and be told they are closing. We r told the manager, Hailey, can't come to the window but we waited until she did. She was totally rude and inexperienced and refused to inform 12 cars behind us that they were closed. "I can't leave the brand new staff in the store." Brand new staff on a Friday night.??? PLUS, we saw a dark Grey MOUSE running along side the line of cars. I wish I could put a sign on the interstate so nobody else would experience this nightmare. She also refused to give gift certificates for the long waits in line for the "inconvenience."

Terrible staff, terrible service. Place is shutdown every day we come there to try and order food. Review is purely based on everything minus the food. Food would be lovley if it were ever possible to order any. People here don't know what they're doing. Honestly wish the place would shutdown and re staff. No point in this place being here I'f you can't even eat there. Everyday in get off work I ATTEMPT to stop here and hopefully eat. Never get too because the staff can't figure out how to keep the place up and running. Always get excuses about oh our systems are offline for this or that or blah blah blah. Poor service is the issue. I suppose I'll give up on trying to eat here sence serving people is something they are very unprofessionally unfamiliar with.
