This one I'm not sure if it's because they're always busy or what but I have to ask for my puppychino twice. And honestly Starbucks in general they just don't get your right no more but I still love to enjoy Starbucks every now and then!

I finally found something offered at Starbucks that is amazing! Salted Carmel Cold Brew with an extra shot is my new favorite drink. Hooray for Starbucks!

The frappuccino was very good,but they didn't give me a straw.

I understand that it's the holiday season and it's busy but these people are clearly hooking up there friends or just not caring about the order of drinks watch someone walk in buy a hot coffee and get it in 3 minutes while I'm waiting 20 minutes for my coffee I know (this because I was texting my husband). I noticed this 3 times. I heard one employee said it's mobile orders but watched these people pay at the cashier station sooo yup not cool

Terrible!!! Couldn't sleep on mattress. Very uncomfortable room. Queen too small for 2. $136/night? Should be $50/night! Etc

I would give 4.5 stars but I did not have that option. Very courteous made me a pour-over had to wait pretty long time in store. But they were kind of busy in the Drive-Thru
