Burger King

Burger cold... "Be careful, fries are hot and fresh" were Luke warm... Management angry, slapping a notebook on the order counter and talking about "parked orders" being served out of order and tapping the order screens at employees... Coke machine was out of everything... Training video seemingly stuck on repeat on a huge flat screen behind the counter instructing workers on how to construct their "new" burger, the southwest something. Could definitely tell staff was inexperienced, overworked and stressed, probably by management acting what they're doing is the most important thing possible.

Waste of money! I received a dry over cooked sandwich that seems to have been sitting out since they opened that day. One of my sandwiches was thrown in the bag and had unwrapped and fell completely apart. The other had a bun burnt so bad I couldn't even eat it. This is by far the worse Burger King around. Avoid at all cost!

If it was possible to give no stars to make a review I would. I’m an Uber driver so I have to go inside for the orders because they’ll just send me inside if I go through the drive through even if there’s nobody else. I do my absolute best to not accept Burger King orders unless they’re paying worth the wait as well because regardless of if they have any other customers or not it takes a little longer than ten minutes to be acknowledged at all, even after someone has made eye contact with me. After about a ten to fifteen minute wait just to be acknowledged it’s another five minutes for them to even start working on the order and then another ten to fifteen minutes before I get the order in hand. The employees are extremely careless and unprofessional and it’s not just this establishment but about any in the Hillsboro area as well. It’s ridiculous and something needs to change or they just need to shut them down.

Very busy location, only one cute young kid working his butt off at the front counter. The wait was a little long, there we're two mistakes they needed to fix as I was waiting for my food. That kid kept a positive, friendly, helpful attitude throughout it all. Then my order was wrong too. I just let it slide that I had to pay 49% more for my boring old chicken sandwich. If I seem bitter, it's true. Id never heard of a Rodeo Chicken, I was looking forward to it. The boring old chicken was pretty good, and that kid was cute, but I can't help but wonder what might have been. 4 stars.
