It was nice to have KFC across the road from Popeye's who have rude staff, and I really don't trust what pimple-faced youths do to the chicken at Popeye's. They refused to take my order at the counter and said I had to call it in or go through some 20 car drive-thru. Complete disregard for customer service. Thank you KFC for being across the road with polite staff.

The chicken was good & hot, as usual. The clerk asked me cash or card when I placed my order at the intercom. When I handed her my card, she walked away from the window. Had I known they were having card issues, I would have given her cash. Disappearing with my card is not cool at all. Too much going on for that to be acceptable.

Just left this store with out ordering. Staff cussing each other out while us customers are waiting to place an order. I have never seen anything like it. Gotta go. The lady should had called 911 and put the worker out. Or closed the damn store down. Corporate needs to support the workers trying to do right and I feel she tried.

Don’t eat here I’ll never eat here again got the food home broke down a pice for chicken for my son who is 8 mounts old as my wife ate and he did I was busy putting up the groceries from the store set down to eat took 1 bite and could small something bad as I ate my food pulling the skin back off the next piece of chicken found mold then quickly realized where the smell was coming from took it to the restaurant they refuse to give me a refund then refuse to let me speak to the general manager all while I had Corporate on the phone on speaker I’ll be going to the health department first thing in the morning

First thing is the employees there were so rude and yelling. Second they gave my fiance a bunch yhst was burnt on the side of the bread.. I wish I could put in a picture because I still have the picture too. But if this how you all are going yo do your customers I would gladly go somewhere else. This is unacceptable. But it was my fault that we didn't check the bag but still....me and my fiance go out all the time and never get stuff like that. I worked in fast food and you fo not treat customers like that.
