Used to be better, subpar on my recent visits. The last few times the coffee has been lukewarm, and the last time the cashier was pretty ignored me while I was waiting for a bagel ( how hard can it be to simply hand me the bagel un-warmed in its original package as requested?) I got irritated and instead of making a scene simply left.

Every time I stop in at the local Starbucks ( Houston Levee & Macon Rd) all of the employees are happy, friendly and make you feel like you or catching up with a old friend. Always smiling with infectious happiness.
Each and every employee are so natural with their kindness, and in these trying times they always have a smile and great attitude.
Thank you to each and every employee at this location, you are the best! I appreciate each and every one of you!
Can not wait to see you today as soon as you open @ 5:30.
PS . . . Any thoughts on 24/7 locations?

Today was an absolutely horrible experience here at this Starbucks Sunday 1/2/21. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and waited thirty minutes. I never received my sandwiches, all I received was a refund. I don't know if the manager Kevin was there or not, that's the name they gave me to contact. Several people came in after and received their orders. No one said to me, "it will be just a minute or anything." The young lady in the gray sweater was being very nasty towards people. Burger King gave much more polite and prompt service. I am very disappointed 😞

I have to brag about this location on Houston Levee in Cordova, TN and the employees. This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. There are 2 extra extraordinary employees named Victoria and Kai, these young ladies have the absolute best attitude, they are so welcoming, friendly and just fantastic!! I can be across town, and want Starbucks, I will not go to any other locations, I will wait and come to this location only, because of them. They need to be recognized and given a raise!! Thank you so much young ladies!! You're the best!! Sincerely, Ice Chips 😉.

1. music so loud you cant hear yourself think
2. RUDE STAFF... i was on an uber run and after waiting over 10 mins (not inc the time it took to get there) i asked about the customers order and i was told IN A VERY RUDE MANNER " i dont know how long its going to take " ... dropped that order!!! good luck dealing with this place and dont forget to wear ear protection

We always enjoy this location, but today was above and beyond. I wasn’t happy with the way my sandwich came out (come on Starbucks, cook your bacon at least a little crispy so it doesn’t appear raw, please!) I asked to swap the sandwich and Amanda went above and beyond to provide a replacement, checking in to make sure that was agreeable. Everyone in the store was nice. Establishment is very clean. We recommend this store

Truly wish I could’ve given 0 stars, but 1 will do. After waiting 30 minutes for my drinks the redhead that took my simple order of a white chocolate mocha and a vanilla frap some how forgot to add COFFEE to my drink. 😐 u think I went to Starbucks coffee for a milk shake? I’m all for raising the minimum wage, but I genuinely hope the red head at the drive through is getting paid federal minimum wage.
