Mcdonald's

*Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. I've been living near this area for about over 2 years. As usual, the cashiers in the drive through, not all of them, are careless. Also, always check your bag before driving off, they always forget to bag my BBQ sauce and ketchup. The fries are soggy, breakfast can be carelessly made. But I only come here because my boyfriend loves McDonald's food. *10/25/20 update, the renovated the outside building and now it's a two lane drive through. I came by for nuggets, they serve lunch at 11am,and the staff at this time were very quick and friendly. So I changed the starts from 🌟 🌟 to 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Not a fan of this McDonald’s. I will be looking for company rep to bring this store to their attention. Used the McDonald’s app for first time. Got to store and had no WiFi so went in and told cashier my order number (as app suggested.) The cashier & mgr asked if I were door dash, no not door dash, this seemed to cause much confusion. As I attempted to explain and show order on phone manager talking over me (not listening talking while I was talking), asked if I had right address and showed address on a receipt I explained I knew the address and had ordered correctly. (She had just been arguing with another customer prior to me walking up) so unprofessional. I decided it was pointless to make her understand the McDonald’s app and said I would just re-order. Of course the app gave me the deal 2 sandwiches for price of one and I was told they no longer had that deal. This must be a franchise store (glad it is not mine), a company store would never operate like this. 1. Manager who will argue loudly with customers. 2. Not familiar with the McDonald’s app. 3. Not honoring deals offered in app and willing to argue and lose a customer over it. A noticeable glaring disrespect for the customer.

Went to order a happy meal instead of fries they gave me hash browns because they run out of fries nuggets were hard to eat not fresh at all . It was only 2 cars ahead of me and only one car behind mine and they took l15 minutes to get a happy meal ready. Fist time i went and the only day i will worst experience.
