Applebee's

This was our 2nd time coming to this location. The 1st visit we were given stale chips with our appetizer, notified our waiter he took them and brought back fresh ones--problem solved. But if there was fresher chips back there why bring out stale ones? It was almost like they wanted to finish up that pack of chips first and hopefully no customers would send them back. This time.... I originally ordered the chicken tender platter & my boyfriend ordered the ribeye steak -medium Waitress comes back and tells me they are out of tenders, I look over the menu again and order Crunchy Shrimp. Food comes out...delivered by another lady my food is correct and on point, however when my boyfriend cuts into his steak it's well-done instead of medium. Our Waitress stops by and asks if everything was ok..He asked her if that steak looked medium, she said no that's way done. She took it back and had another one cooked, I continued to eat. After I'm halfway done eating a different lady delivered his plate saying, "here you go the manager cooked you another one..go ahead and cut into that for me." It was more rare than medium. He just settled for it and the same sides that were on his plate when it was delivered the first time had not been replaced with fresh sides. He said note to self do not order steak from Applebee's--- We will not be returning.

Placed order on Feb 17 at approx 7:30PM. Upon reviewing order, it had a plastic bag in my nachos with my guacamole. It was dressed like guacamole then suddenly I realized it was all plastic, so was literally served a plastic bag in my meal. Never experienced this at a restaurant, fast food, or even a janky food truck at 2AM. It took this Applebees to do just that, serve me a plastic bag.

I really like it here, the staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. The food is good and is a good family atmosphere. Courtney and Brooke who work the bar make this place a pleasure to visit, professional chatty and friendly. It's Applebee's but it's a good one. One downside is the restrooms could do with a refit.

Needed a place to go to after my late night. Hopping around drinking establishments. Not normally where I would go for a late night snack. But it was very nice, quiet place to wind down and have an appetizer, beer and a water. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Might be because I was the only one there?
