Remember when Tim Horton's staff focused on their job rather than screaming out horrible singing that was louder than the customers..... Obviously the lack of training and professionalism has lead to this noise pollution. This is not a burger joint or a bar. To top it off both of the female's are tone deaf. That's what rap music is for. I put this on the management. Their still going at it as I type this out... Ridiculous. So much for a quiet coffee and sandwich... Will never come to this location again. Disgusting

The worst Tim Hortons ever!! I just left the store (Thursday, February 17, 2022. at 12:30 PM) after having the pettiest argument with the supervisor. She was a black lady; I didn’t get a chance to get her name; otherwise would have posted without a hitch! I ordered two farmers egg and cheese wraps and waited there for 7 minutes; to be exact, the supervisor made them and handed them over to another person. The person said, “That’s not my order” I stepped in and claimed it to be mine, and she straight up refused to give me, and no other person was waiting for the wraps and sandwich pickup section. She threw some remarks to which I just reacted to leave the store. Unacceptable!
