I know its a mall location but we come here every week. I paid close to 16$ for footlong sweet onion and pop. The amount of cheese and toping were not even half of what u get at a normal sub. I know mall kisosk are always cheap on top but this is worse of worse. Will prob never ordef from this location again. I mean there are other franchisee stores and they serve good food. Bitterly dissapointed. And we had to order kfc again bcoz there was jus bread and some lettice on my sub.

I generally don't give 1star but here I was compelled to do this. Event:- we ordered 3 chicken sidekick the total bill was around 16 dollars. While checking the bill it showed that each item was was billed 4.99 instead of 3.99. We asked the counter lady why it is different. She when on saying that she is correct instead of correcting her mistake. I didn't understand how the price of the items can be punched wrong and the bill is inflated by 3 dollars. Just be careful of the billed total

We won’t give you any review. The worst ever service here. We just left the store and writing this review. As she started making our sub, We asked her to change the bread as it was not good, but she did not have any new bread. She could have told us calmly, instead she became furious. This should not be you customer service. Even after we asked for other option they had in bread, she pointed her finger towards the breads & like that’s all they have. She should have let us know by her mouth not with the fingers. Don’t want to spoil her name but you should be careful about it. If you are doing customer service, and the customer is not happy with that, there is no meaning of your business.

First of all I was just ordering a 12 inch Sweet Onion Chicken teriyaki Sub and the lady just gave me the most bothered look like she was disgusted of me and her workplace. Also, when I asked them to get a soup combo, the Indian lady has the audacity to make me pay more money for a bottled Soda instead of giving me the regular fountain drink for the soup combo. Not only did she try to make me pay more, the chicken noodle soup I got was the most disgusting looking chicken soup I ever saw, the soup did not smell like chicken noodle soup at all and the meat looks like someone had chewed it up with their mouths and spit it in the soup on purpose! -I recommend you not to go to this location as the employees, supervisors and manager there are rude and unprofessional when it comes to prepping food. I would give a 0 stars but there’s only the 1 star option.
