Ordered two wraps and a sub.
The wraps (both) were pathetically “wrapped”, received the wraps with all the contents loose inside of the paper, the wrap had almost completely disintegrated and the rest was soggy and cold.
The pizza melt tasted horrific and was inedible. Straight in the trash. I’m not sure if something was off? It just wasn’t right.
The sub was average. Nothing bad nor good to say about it.
Really disappointing, this subway was previously pretty good? Is there new management..? I’ll be apprehensive about ordering from here again any time soon.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with concord Subway, Today I ordered my go to foot long sub, I received a completely different sub to what I ordered. Now this is not the first time they have done this to me, it’s very disappointing as a Subway enthusiast. Sub off concord subway

Went to Subway on majors bay road Concord. Entered store. Not a soul there. Said Hi to the staff member who said Hi and continued doing what they were doing. I waited hoping to be served. They didn’t look up or offer assistance. I waited hoping to be served and finally walked out. Not good for business with so many other options on the same street!

This small Subway is located on the main road of Concord. The service is quiet fast and the staff members are very polite.
There are also three tables outside in case you need to take a sit to eat your food.
They offers a delivery service with Uber eats.

Had a small issue here last month with our orders getting mixed up and i appreciate you sorting it out the issue and addressed it in a professional manner , thanks it means a lot as we come here often !!

For the second trip in a row to this Subway shop, they’ve got my order wrong. They missed the sauce on my foot long AND they provided me with one less cookie. It’s very frustrating arriving home to realise this and by then, too late to drive all the way back. So frustrating. And they don’t even have a ‘contact us’ option on their website.
