Munoushee Concord

Previously have loved their pizza but am not happy with customer service. Placed an order through menulog. No area in the order to ask for removals so in restaurant notes stated no olives. Order arrives slathered in olives. Menulog advises to call restaurant regarding issues with orders. Called and was stold they couldn't do anything. No offer to send another out, was told they would not help. No olives request is clearly visible on docket that was attached to order, circled in red.

I genuinely don’t want to give such a poor rating, but I’m genuinely so disappointed in this place. I’ve had poor experiences here in the past but thought I’d try it again. Anyway tonight we ordered the meatlovers, the chicken shawarma and the chicken spinach pie. The meatlovers was sloppy and full of onion. The dough was underdone and the whole thing fell apart. The shawarma was more of a unusually spiced shish Tawouk roll - not shawarma at all? The pie was normal. . Guys, I know there isn’t much competition in the way of Lebanese restaurants in our area, but you really really gotta improve. Please see the photo of the sloppy pizza attached. We had to throw this out.

We see Pizza, Wraps and Falafel Rolls everywhere. Because there are so many places doing the same thing, so many do not deliver a memorable product. This place delivered in every way. Large serves, quality ingredients and flavour that makes you remember the place next time you want Wraps, Pizza or Falaffels. The chicken was charred to perfection and everything was made with care. Nothing was too dry or too soggy or too bitter. A very well conceived menu with quality product. Also, the labneh is truly next level, an indicator of the quality and care of this place.

Nice little Manoush lance found the price a bit too steep compared to other places. Additionally we asked for chilli on the meat manoush however they went a bit too trigger happy. It was spicy enough that you could feel it the next day... The lady was really lovey and friendly the services was quick, there are plenty of seating as well as easy access and parking. I would go back there however I would rather have a comfortable day after by reducing the amount of chilli. The dough is lovely I think it makes a good bread or pizza base if you want to buy some dough and make your own pizzas ;)

Food: delicious, big portions for reasonable prices. Service: fast and friendly, although you have to order and pay at the counter and then find a table. Might be more efficient that way. Setting: casual. No indoor seating, they have a nice outdoor seating area. We went in the winter and it wasn’t too cold because the sun was out.

The only place in the area who served us a savoury hot vegan food at 2pm on Sunday. Pretty tasty falafel wraps! Would not recommend ordering falafels in a bowl as it was a challenge for me to put it together and eat in combo 😁 Spinach pies were ok, but a bit too sour. Great tahini sauce and marinated veggies, and awesome falafels! Thank you! Please expand your vegan menu! 💚
