Ihop

Awesome food. Service was excellent. Update July 2021: This IHOP branch is a bit run down but the service and quality of food is still there. Service is awesome. It is great to see that management find great servers with super customer service skills. I am a fan and will always get my breakfast here when I get the chance.

We received ihop gift cards so we used them to take the kids out to dinner. The kids ordered the Belgian chocolate mousse pancakes and hash browns. They really enjoyed all of it. The hash browns were perfectly golden and crispy. Husband and I got the spicy poblano omelette. It was really good--meat was tender and sauce was flavorful--but didn't have very much meat. Server was very nice and attentive. One of the regular customers told me to avoid Sundays. Dining room and bathroom were clean.

Went for a quick breakfast here Monday morning with my brother and asked if we could sit in their outdoor seating area. Woman at the counter said it wasn’t prepared yet because the staff person to do that just arrived. No big deal we ordered to go. 15 minutes later (plenty of time for them to “prep” the 2 outdoor tables, There were maybe two or three other customers ) our order was ready and we asked if we could eat it in the outdoor seating area. They said sure if the outside gate to it was unlocked. So we went out the front door with our to-go order, circled round to the outside gate and went in. It was already 10am. The chairs were down and the tables were clean. In case you’re thinking this is An option for outdoor eating for Covid reasons, They don’t seem to want to be bothered with the whole outdoor dining thing just FYI. Also, I started feeling queasy walking to the car after we ate. By the time we got to the park to start our walk I chucked my entire breakfast which was pork sausage and hash-browns. Can not recommend this place.

In terms of the food it was a 5 star for me. In terms of bathroom cleanliness then it’d be a 1/5 because it was gross the last time I went in there. I suggest cordially reminding both male and female visitors to work on their aim to contribute to a cleaner restroom. An idea would be taping pieces of paper above toilets/urinals with those reminders. I witnessed an employee who did not even wash his hands after using the restroom. I hope he didn’t handle anyone’s food after.

I grew up eating at IHOP every Sunday before or after church so it is a place that is dear to my heart. This particular visit was just okay. As you could see the cheese isn't even melted on my cheese steak sandwich because it wasn't hot when it was served. Pretty disappointing because of my love for IHOP and childhood memories. Maybe it was just a bad day? Willing to give it another go. #justokay

While eating at this IHOP we had terrible customer service. Our food was cold, they completely forgot about us, definitely didn’t provide any ketchup, syrups nor drinks that we had asked for. Keep in mind the restaurant was empty with no people. I had to get up and ask for them myself. Also to pay they took their sweat time, and where rude. I do not recommend you going to this IHOP with your families.
