Quiznos

Don't go. I've given this location multiple chances but it is always a bad experience. Their toaster oven was out of order and there was absolutely no regard to notify customers of this. They put my sandwich in the microwave when I was not looking and charged me regular price. Thanks sandwich was horrible. If they are willing to do this in front of you I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors. Another time I decided to try the Mac and cheese. I was on my lunch and had limited time. I placed my order and the woman making the sandwich took two more sandwich orders after mine. She decided to make my Mac n cheese after making 3 more sandwiches. I told the older gentlemen ringing me up that I did not want it if it was not in the oven. He said it was and rang me up. I could clearly see the lady scrambling to make it as I starred at her. Not only did I have to wait for it but it was disgusting and rushed. Don't trust this place.

My sandwich was made with little concern, the first time it happened here I thought it was a fluke, but this is the 2nd time and I will not be coming back to this location. I like black pepper & spinach on my sandwiches, this location only has black pepper in small packs, not in the shakers that other locations have. There is no spinach here and one of the employees proceeded to tell me that no Quiznos has spinach and insisted that I, with my own eyes, have never seen spinach at Quiznos because he's been at this location for 15 years. We argued over this. Tf? If it weren't for the many other locations that treat me with love and have spinach & black pepper canisters, I'd have sworn off this establishment a long time ago.
