Red Robin

Went 2 R.R. on Commack Rd. I got my burning love burger well done , this is the only place where I have never had a problem with the burger being dry or burnt, it is always still juicy. My only problem today was that they only had 1 server covering half the restaurant at lunchtime. He did a very good job u just had 2 realize u had 2 B patient and not get upset on the speed of the service when he's coverage at least 10 tables at once. I definitely will go back I only hope they have more 1 server next time.

Tried Red Robin for the first time this week. Nice casual atmosphere. Service was very friendly and attentive. Shared an appetizer of onion rings with a friend. The onion rings were fresh and very, very well executed. My entree was grilled chicken breast with a side salad. I am always wary of ordering chicken breast at a restaurant as it's so easy to overcook it. I got two very nicely seasoned pieces that were juicy and flavorful. My friend had a burger and said that he enjoyed it. I will return!

My friends and I here are pretty much regulars. If you're in the mood for something cheap I would recommend the tavern double with the unlimited fries. The other burgers from here are great also, but a bit more on the expensive side. Sadly sometimes you have to hunt down your waiter for more fries. Unfortunately had two times they were on point with giving refills on fries.

Let me just start off by saying I've had a horrendous day. I ate breakfast at 730am and started my morning. Late for work. My co-workers and I broke a chandelier during a carpet install. My mother was rushed to the hospital with possible Sepsis and will likely loose three toes in the next day or two. After departing my mother's side my wife and I decided to go to Red Robin. We were worried that they would be closed by the time we got there. We got there with 5 minutes til closing. The host opened the door for us and I asked if the kitchen was still open. He smiled and said yes, for a little while longer. We were seated and our server was very polite, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, multiple times, despite them now being closed. We weren't rushed. I was able to enjoy something today, finally. So thank you to everyone there for brightening up my no-good low-down rotten day. Oh and the food was great too!

Great place. I had the royal burger, it was terrific. Ordered an appetizer and a milkshake as well. Good place to bring a family, I noticed lots of stuff for kids. Fries were good. Prices were not that bad and the server was prompt. I will go back. Also, they have more than burgers for those that don't like them. And you can get broccoli instead of fries for the health concious. Give it a shot.

They offer great deals if you share your email address with them. The kids love coming here, they actually eat the kids meal. And they love to play with the chalk board. The burgers are fresh and the variety keeps us coming back to try something new. Aurora was our server and she was fantastic. Friendly and attentive, she made sure the kids were happy with their meals. This is becoming a regular when we get the chance to get out.

I want to start by saying this was my first time ever going to a Red Robin. Right as you walk inside you'll see cool paintings and art fixtures like red, white, and blue baseballs in the shape of the American flag. There was a slight wait but no more than a couple of minutes. The waitress Caitlin came promptly and was very kind and approachable. She took the order for me and my friend and not too long after we received our food. I had ordered a whiskey bbq burger that was fantastic! Juicy with a lot of flavor and the steak fries were great. For my drink I got the raspberry cream soda and it was delicious but not overly sweet. The manager who's name I believe was Joe came by multiple times to check in on me and my friend which made the place feel so much more welcoming. All in all I loved my experience here and I definitely plan on dining at this establishment again in the future.

I can't get enuff of these burgers. I'm so happy to have one closer then the one if bubbaF**k town. I love this place. And the burgers are to die for. So far the atmosphere is great. Nice homey music u know. This location opened about a month ago I was told. One of the best places to have burgers is here. Hands down. I'll be back to add to this review but so far no complaints. Maybe one. The staff should be alot happier than what I seen the last time I was there. But then again I get excited for food. Come on down and try the menu. It's to die for.
