Dunkin'

I come to the Macon Rd Dunkin' when I'm in town for business. The staff are always nice. Today I did not get the coffee I had ordered and didn't realize it until I was too far to turn back. When I called the store, the gentleman was super nice and apologetic and made arrangements to correct the issue. I will continue to stop by on my next visit! Be sure to drop by when you're over that way!

I walked inside and there was nobody up front to take my order for 5 minutes. I saw so many staff members and not one was placed up front to take care of customers promptly. Refilling donuts should not take priority over helping customers. I ordered a caramel machiatto and it tasted like pure sugar and syrup. As if it was sprinkled with coffee. Just terrible. My bagel was supposed to be an everything bagel but was I was given plain. It was hard and tasted like it was left out and old. This store is in dire need of a manager that can better direct staff. Everytime I go to this location, it is a disappointing experience.

I ordered and paid for avocado toast with bacon bits while on my way to work. I got an untoasted, unappetizing, cold piece of bread with avocado mixture smeared onto it with no bacon bits. I will not be returning. I could have spent the same amount of money and gotten something decent from the Panera bread across the street. Duncan used to be good but not anymore it seems.

I love the coffee and Baskin Robins icecream. But the bagels and donuts suck, and the new employees keep handing out just anything. How is there mint chocolate in my cotton candy icecream? There was also a gummy bear in it. I hate mint chocolate, by the way. Update : I tried again. No greeting... Employees were arguing with one another. I left.
