After ordering my food and driving home. Only 1 order out of the 3 were correct. I tried to call back to the store to complain and the phone rang but they hung up before I could say anything and left the phone off the hook the remainder of the night. I am extremely disappointed. But I guess I should have know better. The lady at the window was too busy on her air pods talking on the phone . Never again

On Tuesday May 31 at about 11:30 am My daughter and i stopped to get lunch and took it home at that time the lunchroom was closed because of employee shortage . After about 3 hours , both my daughter and i felt nauseated and had diarrhea. Mine lasted until about 11:00 pm at night. I believe the slaw which tasted somewhat funny was the culprit it tasted old like from day before. On wednesday i called 2x and nobody answered. on thursday june 2 i called twice so far no returned call. I am very disappointed because we are steady customers at this particular store.

The food is good but they are very stingy with the condiments. Every time I ask for tartar sauce they act like it is gold. I spent $25 dollars and ask for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce when I got home no tartar sauce and this is not the first time!! I have even offered to pay extra!! So this is the last time I will be going to this location!

I couldn't tell how long it has been since eating Captain Ds but it's the first time I ever dined in. I must say I was impressed with the amount of food I got for $8.99. It was hot, fresh, and delicious! The atmosphere was comfortable and real clean. The service was good. I do wish they served Coke instead of Pepsi. I will definitely be coming back for more.

They always do well here for us and it is part of the regular restaurant rotation for the family. They are normally pretty quick and they are always nice. Never have used the drive, always either eat inside or get it to go. If you get it to go, make sure they put all the condiments and such in your bag before leaving. Getting in parking lot is easy, but no left turn out (have to go down a little and do a u-turn or go back behind McDonalds through The Landings to the traffics light.
