Cinnabon

I went to visit Cinnabon in Peachtree mall today (I've been here multiple times before), but today 2 of young ladies that were working were super sweet and very helpful and I just wanted to let management know! I believe ones name is Niyah and I couldn't remember the other ones name but she wore a blue shirt today. These days real customer service is hard to come by and as a Columbus business owner myself, I know how important reviews can be. Please acknowledge theses 2 girls, they deserve it!

I went to pay and wanted to run my card as credit instead of debit. Well the machine would not let me bypass the pin screen even after swipping and tapping my card and everytime I would try the girl just stood there staring at the machine like she did not have anything to say. I asked can you bypass the pin method and she never responded she just kept mashing random buttons over and over after I had already tried them all. I said does it let you bypass the pin? Again she said nothing in response. Finally I had to look on my app for my new cards pin number and I was able to punch it in so I could get out of there. I said you might want to figure out if you can do what I was trying to do in the future and she just stared into my eyes like a deer in headlights and never responded to me as I walked off. Worst experience I have had at a business in a very long time and I rarely complain.
