Little Caesars

We ordered 8 pizzas, 3 hours ahead; and not only were they all ready on time but they were hot and fresh!! Super easy to order online (even when they are closed!) and pick a time in the future to pick up. I even had someone pick up the order for me (while I set up a birthday party) and she said they were very courteous in the store! THANK YOU so much for helping make a kids birthday party a little easier!

Ordered online. Never got my pizza, lady said would have to wait, some people come in to get hot and ready and get it and go. Another would be told 15 or 20 minutes. The next would get one. Exact same pizza. Team members where worried about playing in the back. Pizza not ready 25 minutes after ordered and told not sure when would be ready. Rude, would not recommend to anyone.

How do you make a pizza a forget to put the red sauce on?? The manager did not even apologize, just said okay.. really? then he said after I stated really? that's it? ok? he said we can make you a new one... who wants to drive all the way back to the place to get a pizza that should have been made correctly? that is an inconvenience. poor customer service.. bad manager, workers don't pay attention to their orders... I will not be back.. I'll call Dominos..

It was a Friday night and they were crazy busy. I know most restaurants don't have enough staff and give a lot of leeway, but we called to place an order and they picked up the phone and hung up. We thought it was a mistake and headed over. The young lady took the order and said it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we got our order. People were coming in and cancelling orders they had placed it was so bad. They didn't even have the hot and ready pizzas available.

I asked for a pepperoni & sausage pizza. I asked them to put garlic butter, parmesean and the Italian seasoning on the pizza. I got the pizza and it was plain. I told them they charged me for it but didn't do it. The girl took my pizza back so they could fix. Came back and said he put a little too much garlic butter on one side. I opened the pizza it was an excessive amount on the pizza. Too much for anyone to eat refund and I won't be back. I would have respected yall more if yall would have said we kinda put too much and if it's too much on there we can make you another one and apologized but no. They have good customer service apparently.
