Please don’t go to this location because the manger that was on duty when I when was so rude. I called the corporate office and told them about my experience and they were very helpful and gave me my money back. But here is the kicker after I called the corporate office they sent her something and then she calls me. Smh mad because I called corp and she thought the she fix the situation by giving me some food. KFC DO BETTER

Cleveland Ave fast food = getting disrespted by mostly young females who lack respect for themselves.. Poorly trained, not well spoken, always angry, always got a hearing problem and is so full of ego they don't even apologize when they inconvenience the customer due to their mistakes. Who repeats your order and still gets it wrong, first of all? The mixed girl in the KFC drive thru is who. She wanted to argue when I brought my food back, and she took the food I'd opened up and bit off of. Hope she doesn't try to serve it. When I asked for a refill for the inconvenience of having to return to the store they said "we don't do that", and considering you mess up your orders and don't pass out utensils/napkins/drinks, plus you pull your customers up when there's only 1 in line cus yall are so slow to move I think yall could afford to apologize for your incompetent staff with a splash ofPepsi. .

Horrible horrible horrible,,, bunch of kids walking around working and complaining that can't even put together a simple order,, waited over 25 minutes ,, multiple people came up to try and help, so had 3 kids putting together an order, touching it,, and I still didn't get my food,, finally just asked for my money back and still had to wait because no one knows what they are doing,,, definitely needs some better management,,,
