Before today this place was my go to food place but now I no longer am going to eat there. From my experiences the first problem was when I had come here and ate with my grandmother. With that meal it had a hair in it! Totally disgusting. Today I went and ordered my usual the orange and honey chicken. I was expecting soft and lovely flavoring but instead my mouth was on fire. Turns out the orange chicken that I’ve had for years is now extremely spicy for me. Will not be coming back.

The chicken and rice have good flavor but are both ridiculously dry. The egg rolls aren't crispy at all and are tough, I've had better frozen ones. The veggies tasted like they were just oil and veggies. And to top it all off they seriously charge 50 cent for a water. If I'm paying over 8$ for a gross meal meal, a cup of water should be free. Just don't eat here, go to Thailand restaurant on st Andrew's.

I went here a couple of months ago with my girlfriend to get bubble tea. They got my girlfriends order wrong, which isn't a huge deal because it can be fixed. Instead she paid my girlfriend no mind when she was trying to tell her the problem. The lady yanked the drink out of her hand and threw it away very aggressively, and gave her an attitude that was completely unnecessary. The customer service was completely awful. They made us feel like we were a burden to them just because they had to remake a simple drink. As for the drink itself, it does not taste like bubble tea. It's more like a fruit smoothie. The boba also tasted like plastic.

My wife and I went to the place a few times before. The food was good for the price and the customer service was decent. The other day that all changed when my wife and I went there when they just opened. Unfortunately, they did not have the chicken we wanted ready. They stated the chicken will be ready in 5 minutes. We waited and about 15 minutes later the chicken was ready. After waiting about 15 minutes finally we were next in line to pay. The customer ahead of us paid and then my wife and I stepped up to the register. Without saying a thing the lady at the register walked away to do something in clear visual sight completely ignoring my wife and I. So I waited for about 3 more minutes and ask the lady if we could please pay. Keep in mind she was totally aware of the situation of us having already waited over 15 minutes. She was very rude and suggested that she will be back when she was ready to come back. At that point, I told my wife we're done here and we walked away without our food. My wife and I walk down to another food vendor and the lady yelled across the food court "you no more come back here!" Real classy and I believe she was the manager. Terrible customer service and to be honest their food is way too sweet.
