Dunkin'

Visiting from California for a week. I’ve been stoping at this Store almost everyday and I’ve been seeing different employees. The customer service has been amazing! I was greeted with a smile and the employees were so welcoming. My last day I placed a future order and when I arrived (10 min earlier than my scheduled time), the manager/shift leader (can’t recall who she was) explained to me how the scheduled orders worked and suggested I place the order within 5 minutes of arriving. She went out of her way to have my order ready sooner than my scheduled time. She handed me my order with a smile and wished me farewell. Again, the customer service is what makes or breaks a business, and this store has it all! Thank you

Staff was really great, very friendly, and helpful. They helped me pick out a great drink. Plus my phone was about to die and they aloud me to use their wireless charging station. They even removed their phones, just to make sure I was getting all the juice needed before I left since I forgot my chord and my charger battery. Plus they even aloud me to hang out their while my phone charged, eating a donut and drinking one of my new favorite drinks they recommended to me. Thank you so much. It was a pleasure.
