I ordered through door dash. I ordered sweet tea and got a coke instead and this little leg was on my fish.. 🤢🤮 and this is the collierville location

Picking up a seafood meal at Captain D's take out was a pleasant experience. The employees were accommodating also !

The fish looked and taste like the oil needed to be changed, everything else was hot and fresh. Fast friendly service.

The wait in drive thru was too long but that was expected. The fish wasn't the regular light flaky cod, it was a thick dry tasteless fish. It was terrible. They changed the recipe or something.

The guy who took my order was super chill I added to my order at the window and he didn't have an issue taking care of me thats what people look for when it comes to customer service 👌

Tried to get takeout here a few days ago with my dad and my toddler son. Lots of places have their lobby closed because they cannot find sufficient staff in this pandemic. This Captain D’s SHOULD have closed their lobby. Instead we waited around for about 25 minutes I think while my son got bored and started throwing a fit because of the long wait. There were several people in the lobby who looked like they had been waiting quite a while. We just gave up and went to the nearby Wendy’s who seemed happy enough to take our $ and give us some food in exchange. Later went to the Captain D’s near Hacks Cross Rd and had none of these issues. This store is poorly managed.
