I had a customer step in front of me to complain about a botched drink purchase, and I was fine with it b/c we have all had a mess up but they went above and beyond made my drink super fast and gave me my blue berry muffin for free. They are always very nice and friendly with me when I go in. Definitely a step above some of the other Locations ive gone to.

After watching the barista mess up the persons drink ahead of me I though "oh well, everyone has bad days". After waiting several minutes with my antsy 5 year old, her coffee pot began to overflow. She didn't take my order, she just said "I'm shutting down. I'm closed" and waved her hand in a dismissive gesture.
This is not the first bad experience I've had at this Starbucks. I've had drinks made wrong multiple times, which I can excuse, but I can not excuse bad customer service or people that are just plain rude. Had she asked me to wait, I would've gladly waited as long as she needed me to. I won't be spending my money here anymore.

This is by far the best Starbucks! The baristas are beyond amazing (shoutout Rachel, Dave & Flex) and the drinks are always made to my order! My home away from home ;)

couldn't get wifi to work. I registered, but then it just spun and spun. We tried for 1/2 hr then went to Arbys which was even worse. Their router actually goes invisible after you connect.

They do one cup at a time. It’s horrible. One person then one cup. One person then one cup. It’s the slowest way to do it.
They should have got 2 orders then do the two cups. Since your in the area, you can have two cups going.

The girls working there today completely humiliated my sister on her birthday. They couldn't figure out the birthday rewards and told her they credited her account...they didn't!
