Purpose Roasters

Stopped in here, first time for my wife & I. Very nice fella in there. The coffee was superb. Robust with flavor! The cold brew w/2 x-tra shots & the decaf mocha were the BEST drinks we've had in a long time. Although my wife said her decaf mocha was the best she's EVER had, period. Definitely will make this a morning fuel up stop of sorts.

The sign in the door states that the business will not be following the law and will not be enforcing the current mask mandate with staff or patrons. I know this may be appealing to half of the population, and I’m completely fine with that, but I’m unfortunately on the other half that is going to choose (as is my free right) not to shop here ever again. I’m not sure why wearing a mask on your face was the reason you chose to disenfranchise half of your potential customer base but I’m sure you have legitimate reasons. I guarantee you are good people, but it’s unfortunately not the coffee shop for me.

Purpose Roasters is top quality all around! The owners are a wonderful couple with an amazing talent for making coffee and donuts come to life. I've never had a brewed coffee, latte or donut that hasn't been fantastic and some with flavor combinations that only they could come up with. The staff at Purpose are possibly the kindest people I've ever had serve me. I've never spent less than 10 min talking to any of them because I love them all so much. We're blessed to have such a great place in our community!

The coffee is amazing, the people are amazing, and the building is amazing! It's my favorite coffee now and the people in there are always friendly and nice. The building is clean and pretty and feels natural and homey. My obsession right now! If you're close by I would 100% recommend stopping by there.

Hands down the best coffee in town! Not only do they know their stuff, they're eager and willing to talk about it. If you're lucky enough to stop in while they're roasting it's pretty neat to get to sit and watch while you enjoy your coffee. The shop is always clean and they provide a fun and friendly atmosphere, whether you're just waiting for your to go coffee or treating yourself to a longer stay. The attention to every detail of the chocolates, doughnuts, coffee and the surrounding atmosphere makes all the difference - in the best of ways.

This is a really awesome coffee shop and honestly the best one on the Palouse. Colfax is really lucky to have this place and I hope they make it there. This place is like coffee shop you would find in Portland or Seattle. The coffee quality is superior and there espresso machines are top notch. They roast and sell all the beans. They also make their own syrups(try the lavender) and they are trying things that I have trouble finding many places. I stop at the drive thru on most of my trips through town and I purchased my coffee maker here. They also make and sell super cool mini donuts and very fancy gourmet chocolates. Definitely go here any chance you can!!!
