Family and I went to KFC Saturday afternoon in cobleskill ny as I approached the counter the young woman said “if you want chicken we are out” what do you mean you have no chicken! She replies well I only have those two pieces over there unless you want chicken tenders. No I do not want chicken tenders. She claims that there was a woman in the back makeing the chicken as we speak and I would have to wait 15- 20 minutes I refused and left very disappointed!!! what has management come too.

Horrible, by 7 pm on a Friday night they are out of so many things. I have run into this on several occasions. How do you run out of Chicken & Mac-n-Cheese telling your customers you not going to be making anymore on the busiest day of the week. Though I haven't been in the lobby recently because of Covid, when I was last there it was disgusting. Extremely poor management for sure.

Quick and easy dinner plans. There wasn't the normal wait, so that impressed me. Sometimes your there for 10-15+ min, which is discouraging. Ordered the new Mac and cheese bowl and a $5 fill up box. Didn't receive the cookie though. The new sweet lightning mountain dew was very delicious, not as good as the Baja, but was refreshing Staff was very professional and friendly.

There service is extremely slow and they never make your order right they serve you whatever they feel like making at the moment but on the bright side the managers are nice enough to give you free meals to compensate for the employees lack of ambition and intelligence. Also watched the cashier get followed around as she swept by her jealous boyfriend. Side of nachos with your domestic violence anyone?

I work late and the KFC/Taco Bell is the only thing open late. Lately I've noticed they do not turn on the drive-through open sign at all, (though they are actually open) I can only assume it is done by the late crew to discourage customers from stopping in. This annoys me but just last week they went as far as to turn off the menu board even though it was not a holiday, it was over an hour from 1AM (published drive thru closing time) and it was clear there the late night crew was actually there chatting and laughing in the kitchen. They have a rotten attitude and frequently mess up orders. Who ever is in charge at night needs to be fired because this is unacceptable. If you don't want to work late then get another job.

Let's first start off by saying Google listed this place open till 10 p.m., so in the mood for some chicken and coleslaw we backtracked 8 Miles off the freeway only the find the KFC side closes at 9pm so ya not allowed to buy food they forced to throw away in front of you! Now for the really good part This is the most run-down neglected KFC I've ever seen in my life, these poor employees are working in the worst conditions, I'm not surprised this place hasn't caught fire yet not up to date in any way, not even satisfactory conditions! Corporate is going to be getting a serious call for me these poor kids have the worst working conditions and this busted up place is a disgrace the middle and upper management of this place should be ashamed of themselves! These poor kids might as well be working in a it's like a 3rd world country!

No one working knew what tax exempt meant. I gave them my form, if it’s not tax exempt on the receipt I don’t get reimbursed. Neither the cashier or the kid who said he was the manager had any idea of what to do. The manager actually asked if I was just trying to get a cheap meal. I ended up paying out of pocket, it was only $6 but still... I travel for work and my meals can be reimbursed. The worst part was the staff continuing to talk about it like I was being ridiculous while I was still there.
