Kfc

The chicken tasted different. It seems they mix old & new pieces when ordering. Biscuits were fresh. Gravy was completely watered down, it didn't even color the mashed potatoes. Portions of one side was half full. Prices were outrageous! OWNER OF THIS KFC: PLEASE ADDRESS ISSUES WITH MIXING OLD & NEW PIECES OF CHICKEN PLUS WATERING DOWN THE GRAVY. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. OBVIOUSLY, THESE ARE SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE SEVERAL REVIEWS MENTION THEM. BY ALLOWING THESE PROBLEMS TO CONTINUE THEY REFLECT BADLY ON THE CITY OF CLOVIS, NM.

Food is good like always, but sometimes they use the tenders for the famous bowls instead of the other chicken. And most importantly, ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!! They overcharge/charge you for things you didn’t buy, and never give out receipts to cover themselves. I even asked why my total was almost $20 when all I ordered was 3 drumsticks and a drink, and she just said that’s how much it cost, when a quick fact-checking google search says no, the menu was right. Not that expensive. I know clovis doesn’t have many food options, but we shouldn’t have to worry about being overcharged 😭

This place is awful. We live out of town and everytime we are in clovis we want KFC because it USED to be our favorite but the one back home was closed. Let me tell you thanks to this one our views have changed. We have stopped the last 3 times and all three times we felt as if us ordering was bothering the the person. Like they had something better to do. And all three times when we got home a couple hours later, we find out not all of order is there!! Even though it was paid for. The first time we called and was told to go back to the store which was not happening. So the guy got our information. And he said he was gonna send us something in the mail to compensate for what we were out. We are still waiting. Never again, will we stop there or any KFC again.

Idk what's up, but orders that cost more more 20 bucks they tend to mess up. Idk how you confuse Mac and cheese bowl with coleslaw, like I did fast food for years and not hard to get orders right. . Last week asked for a 12 pc tenders only and Definitely did not get that. I was hoping after they reopened this place would change, but guess not. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. I advise go somewhere else.

Worst service ever!! Went through the drive through was asked to pull into parking spot to wait on our order. 30 minutes later still no order!! Went in to see what was taking so long and they never put it together. When I asked for my money back they treated me like it was my fault. We will never visit this place again!!
