Sonic Drive-in

Very disappointed. We pulled up to one of the machines and realized the board had the words backwards.... So, we moved to another one. Pushed the red button and waited... several minutes and I decided to download the app, create an account, and then order. Within that time others in different vehicles were able to order and get food. When we finally got our food the 3 shakes, with each being a different flavor, we're delivered and the server had no idea which was which. She just said... I don't know, I didn't make them... very poor management... they should have a system to document the different flavors. Then we got our food and the order was wrong and the server had no idea what to do. I just decided I didn't want my portion of the food since it wasn't made correctly and I wouldn't have liked it. So, I handed her my food and told her.... Don't worry about remaking, I'd just like my money back. She said okay and went inside... we waited outside for a bit. Everyone else ate their food and we were ready to go. So, I went inside and the server was doing something else. I asked about my refund, she told me something like.. we're working on it... okay.... what do we need to do??? She said it has to be run through the system... okay.. she just looked at me standing there and then she went to who I assume was the manager.. they chatted, she comes over to me.. so, you want a refund for food? I explained just the one dog since it wasn't made the way I wanted it and I'd just prefer my credit. Then she took care of it. Very bad set up, bad management, and the food wasn't made properly. I'm amazed by the high ratings at this location.

Coming from a previous sonic employee for 16 years, I was pretty upset with this particular sonic. The employees didn't pay attention to what I needed. My order came out and EVERYTHING WAS COLD. I had them remake it and it was good. Asked for ranch from the carhop and she didn't even remember so I had to open the door to which no one payed any attention, until the manager came up to the front. . Come on sonic, get it together. Oh and tuck in your sirus and wear an apron that can build a wallet with petty cash. No one wants ro wait for subside to go inside to get their chsnge.

Great place for drinks, if you go during happy hour and get 50% off or if you use the app while they are currently 50% off. No value in their regularly priced drinks. They always have discounts after 8:00 pm, on their app, or during happy hour. Easy to order without even needing to leave your vehicle. Best ice in the fast food world, small pellet ice. Great location if you are passing through Clovis.

The young lady that took our order was very rude and loud we will try to do our business at the Sonic on Prince Street instead of 7th Street due to this young lady. By all means the manager on 7th Street is outstanding it was just that young lady that was working that day that we were not too happy with.
