Some days are better than others. I'm not keen when it's super busy or near closing. They'll start my meal then set aside the rice until it gets cold and then finally finish filling my order so half of it is cold and the other half warm. I don't understand how them filling my drink for me is really any safer or more sanitary. They're still handling cash and cards. Sometimes part of the ingredients are missing from my orders.
Overall, their system is efficient and they are friendly so there's that. But you gotta watch their portions.
Also not a huge fan of being asked to donate to any cause. This is corporate, but they push the responsibility onto the employees. Very annoying. Corporations could bypass the consumer and make the donations themselves.
Update: this place just keeps getting worse and worse. Extra $ for the shrimp, rarely get walnuts with it. Their chow mein is never consistent. Now, they're adding MORE white rice and less entree. Barely enough to cover the rice. I get this is all management and not the employees but totally getting sick of paying tons of money for very little entrees. Drinks way too expensive. Straws are garbage. Get better straws. It's ridiculous. Answer your phones during business hours!!! It's your job.
Update: just keeps getting worse and worse. They put more and more rice, less ans less entree. So sick of it. They gave me an entree that was all dried up with no sauce, so I asked them the next day to re-do the dish. Employee piled on all this rice with about 7 little pieces of meat.
I'm so done with this restaurant!! While other business owners have lost their livelihoods during the pandemic, these people have profited.
NEVER going back.
